If something in a review is wrong or out of date, tell us the page address, the sentence in question and what has changed. Screenshots of current terms help us check faster. Material corrections are noted on the review itself.

Had a slow withdrawal, a rejected document or a bonus dispute at a site we review? Send the dates, the amounts and the operator's replies. We use reports to decide what to retest; we cannot act as a mediator in individual disputes, but we will point you to the regulator that can.
