Our verdict
Mr Vegas is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, asks 10x wagering on a £50 match, pays e-wallets within a day and answers live chat fast. It is let down by a £2.50 fee on repeat withdrawals, no UK app, no VIP scheme and a lobby too big to browse. Good for variety, less so for a tidy, curated experience.
What works
- Welcome match carries 10x wagering and the 11 free spins have none
- E-wallet withdrawals usually take under 24 hours, per Gambling.com
- Over 9,850 games, including 750-plus live dealer tables
- Live chat is open 24/7; reviewer got replies within five minutes
- Deposit, wager, loss and max-bet limits plus time-outs and reality checks
What does not
- A second withdrawal on the same day costs £2.50
- No VIP programme despite a large set of VIP live tables
- No UK app, and a lobby this size is hard to browse
- Debit card cash-outs take up to three working days, bank transfers up to seven
- Operator's parent paid a £1m UKGC settlement in 2018, per Wikipedia
Almost 9,850 games sounds like a promise, and it is also a warning. A lobby that big can bury the things players care about more: the wagering on the welcome bonus, the time a withdrawal takes and the way support answers when something goes wrong. We looked at Mr Vegas through those three questions instead of the game count.
A note on method: mrvegas.com refused our visit with a page saying it does not accept players from our country, so we did not open an account or time a cash-out. The facts below come from the UK Gambling Commission register, Wikipedia's history of the operator and Gambling.com's UK review. Only adults aged 18 or over in Great Britain can play.
Who runs it, and what the regulator shows
Mr Vegas belongs to Videoslots Ltd, the Malta-based group that also runs Videoslots and Mega Riches. Gambling.com gives the UK licence as number 39380, and the Gambling Commission's public register confirms a Videoslots Limited licence with that number covering remote casino, bingo, general betting and gambling software.

The history is not spotless. Wikipedia records that in 2018 Videoslots reached a £1 million settlement with the regulator over historical failures to place effective safeguards in its casino system. That was before Mr Vegas launched in the early 2020s, and in December 2024 the group became part of Immense Group AB. A settlement from years ago is not a verdict on today, but it explains why you should still use the safer-gambling tools instead of assuming the site will step in for you.

The bonus: plain, and small
The welcome offer in Gambling.com's review is a 100 percent match up to £50 plus 11 free spins on Pink Elephants 2, no promo code needed. The match carries 10x wagering, which is low next to the 30x to 40x common in the sector. Jackpot slots contribute nothing to clearing it. The spins are worth £0.10 each, expire after 24 hours and carry no wagering, so winnings are paid as cash.
Do the sum. A £50 bonus at 10x means £500 of bets before it converts. That is fair, but it is also a reason to be careful: the more you stake to clear it, the more you can lose. Older affiliate pages quote far higher wagering, so treat any figure not taken from the live terms with suspicion.
There is no VIP scheme, which is odd given the large selection of VIP live tables. Promotions fill the gap: Rainbow Fridays rewards a week's spins on chosen games with a guaranteed prize worth up to £300, the Wheel of Vegas triggers three jackpot tiers at random and Encore is a multiplayer slot challenge.
Getting paid, and the £2.50 rule
Deposits start at £10 and the minimum withdrawal is £20, per Gambling.com. E-wallets are quickest, usually under 24 hours. Debit cards take up to three working days, and bank transfers up to seven. First withdrawal of the day is free; a second one the same day costs £2.50.
Before any withdrawal you must verify with photo ID and proof of address. Gambling.com says approval normally takes up to 24 hours. Upload both on day one, since a query sent at the moment you request cash is the usual way a payout stalls.

A library built for browsing, not for choosing
Gambling.com counts 9,850-plus games, including more than 750 live tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Playtech, and blackjack at 99.9 percent return. Headline jackpots on WowPot titles such as Book of Atem were above £7 million at the time of writing. Mega Moolah and Break Da Bank are also listed.
There is no Mr Vegas app in the UK, although the site is mobile-responsive. For a lobby this size, the lack of an app and a tidy filter system is the main usability gap. The sister site Videoslots has the same issue, and we discuss it in our review of that brand.
Support and safer-gambling tools
Gambling.com reached live chat twice and got replies within five minutes each time. Live chat is open around the clock, and phone and email are also listed. That is better than the half-hour wait the same writer reported at Videoslots.
The tools list is full: deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, maximum-bet limits, time-outs and reality checks, with links to support groups. Use them at sign-up, not after a bad night. If gambling is causing you harm, contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 or use GAMSTOP to self-exclude from every UK-licensed site.
Verdict
Mr Vegas is one of the better-behaved large UK casinos: licensed, 10x wagering, e-wallet payouts under a day and fast chat. It loses points for the £2.50 repeat-withdrawal fee, no app, no VIP scheme and a lobby too big to browse comfortably. Pick it if variety is the point. Skip it if you want a small, curated site.
