Pulsz Review: Big Slot Library and Low Playthrough, but No Live Chat
Pulsz pairs a deep slot catalogue with a 1x playthrough and a clean 1 SC to $1 rate. We read its redemption rules and four independent reviews to see where it falls short, mainly support and the 100 SC cash floor.

Our verdict
Pulsz is a sound choice for slot players who want a low 1x playthrough and a straight 1 SC to $1 rate, and the free start needs no purchase. It is held back by a 100 SC cash minimum, email-only support with slow replies, no live dealer lobby and state lists that sources cannot agree on. Fine for casual slots. Weak if you want help fast.
What works
- Free start of 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.3 Sweeps Coins with no purchase
- Only a 1x playthrough on Sweeps Coins before redemption
- Clean exchange rate of 1 Sweeps Coin to $1 for cash prizes
- Deep slot catalogue with table, arcade and scratch games added
What does not
- Cash redemption starts at 100 SC, so small balances stay locked
- No live chat: email only, with replies reported at 12 to 48 hours
- No live dealer games, unlike several rival sweepstakes sites
- Restricted-state lists differ by source, from 8 states to more than 20
A sweepstakes casino lives or dies on one question: can you actually turn the prize coins into cash? Pulsz gets many of the basics right. Its playthrough is low and its exchange rate is plain. Where it struggles is the part you only notice when something goes wrong.
We could not open Pulsz itself from our capture machine, because its site returned a Cloudflare block page. So this review does not claim a bankroll test. It reads the published rules through four independent reviewers and says where they disagree. Treat every figure as a starting point and confirm it inside the Pulsz cashier.
No purchase is needed to play. Eligibility depends on your state and on the age limit that applies there, which is 18 or 21, so check before signing up. This is entertainment, not income, and nothing here is financial advice.
Two coins, one rule worth remembering
Gold Coins (GC) are for play and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins (SC) are the promotional coins that can be redeemed for prizes. BettingUSA stresses that you cannot buy Sweeps Coins outright: they arrive free with promotions, daily offers and as a bonus on Gold Coin packages.
The no-purchase start is 5,000 GC and 2.3 SC, per Tech Insider. TheGameHaus got 2.9 SC and 5K GC in its own test, so the amount moves a little over time. Either way, it takes a long run of free spins to reach any meaningful balance.
What redemption actually takes
This is Pulsz's best selling point. Sweeps Coins carry a 1x playthrough, which means you must play your SC through once before they can be redeemed. Cash prizes are paid at 1 SC to $1.
Then comes the floor. Tech Insider puts the cash minimum at 100 SC ($100), paid through Skrill or bank transfer. Gift cards through Prizeout start lower, though sources give three different minimums (10, 25 or 50 SC). Identity verification is required, and TheGameHaus notes you must be in a supported state.
For a player who wins a little on free coins, $100 is a long way off. That is the main reason we hold the score down. Rivals with a 10 SC gift-card floor let a small win become something real far sooner.

The support gap
Support is the weak spot. There is no live chat. Tech Insider reports email as the main channel, with replies from about 12 hours to as long as 48 hours, plus a phone line meant only for payment questions. For a site where a stuck redemption is the likeliest problem, that is a poor fit.
BettingUSA goes further. Its review says its team tried for months to reach Pulsz through email and social media without a reply, and calls the site "showing signs of being a rogue operator". That is one outlet's experience and a strong claim. Tech Insider, by contrast, calls Pulsz a legitimate, encrypted sweepstakes brand. We cannot settle it from the outside, and you should know both views exist before buying coins.

Library, and what is missing
Pulsz leans on slots. BettingUSA lists 500+ titles across slots, table games, arcade games and scratch cards; Tech Insider describes the slot catalogue as deep. What you will not find is a live dealer lobby. If that matters, look at a rival.
Package prices are optional. BettingUSA reports a first-purchase deal of 173,500 GC plus 15 free SC for $9.99, with packages starting at $4.99. Insider Gaming's page advertises a bigger offer, 405,000 GC with 42 SC. These offers change often. Never buy more coins than you would spend on any other entertainment.
States and fine print
BettingUSA says 37 states are served and names Alabama, Arizona, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia as excluded. Tech Insider says the lists run from 8 states to more than 20 depending on the source. If your state is on the edge, assume you cannot play until Pulsz's own terms say otherwise.

Verdict
We score Pulsz 6.9. The terms are good: 1x playthrough, a 1 to 1 rate, a no-purchase start. The delivery is thinner. A $100 cash floor, email-only help and no live games keep it from the top of the category.
Choose it if you play slots for fun, are happy with slow email, and can reach 100 SC. Look elsewhere if you want chat support, live dealers or quick small redemptions. If play stops feeling like a game, set limits and call 1-800-GAMBLER.
